Which Sporting Event Have You Always Wanted to Attend?

Elegantly dressed guests enjoying hospitality at an exclusive outdoor event

Perhaps every April, you watch the Masters and imagine walking those famous fairways yourself.

Or Wimbledon takes over your television for two weeks, and you wonder what it would feel like to be in the stands when the crowd falls silent before a serve.

Maybe it is the roar of Formula 1 engines through the streets of Monaco, the pageantry of the Kentucky Derby, or the chance to see the world’s greatest athletes compete at the Summer Games.

Turning that wish into luxury travel for sporting events involves more than securing a ticket.

How would you arrange it?

Where would you stay?

Which tickets or hospitality experience should you choose and how far ahead would you need to begin?

Those are all questions you can bring to me.

Yes, I Can Arrange That

You already know I design vacations around the places you want to explore.

I can also build a journey around a sporting event you have wanted to experience, through specialist partners who arrange luxury sports travel.

The possibilities include Wimbledon and the French Open, the Masters and Ryder Cup, or the atmosphere of a Grand Prix weekend in Monaco.

Closer to home, there is the Kentucky Derby, the Indianapolis 500, or the Super Bowl.

Planning can reach as far ahead as the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles. Explore the range of events

The event becomes the starting point for a trip shaped around how you want to experience it.

There Is More to Choose Than a Seat

Think about what would make the occasion special for you.

Would you want several days immersed in the competition, or one memorable day as part of a longer vacation?

Are you drawn to the energy of the grandstands, or interested in exploring hospitality options?

Would this be a trip with the friend who follows every tournament as closely as you do, or a surprise for someone celebrating a milestone birthday?

Those answers help determine the arrangements.

Depending on the event and package, we can explore accommodations and event access, along with available VIP experiences and additional arrangements.

Pre-travel assistance helps prepare you for the trip, with onsite or remote host support depending on the program. How pre-travel and host support works

Arrive Knowing What to Expect

Even when you know the sport well, attending one of its signature events for the first time presents an entirely different set of questions.

At the Masters, choosing a practice day rather than a tournament day changes what you can see, photograph and experience.

You will also want to understand how to navigate the grounds, what you may bring with you and where you might position yourself to watch the action.

Along with planning the trip, I can guide you to resources such as Masters Tips for First Timers so that you understand those details before you arrive.

For the Kentucky Derby, your preparation might include learning about the dress requirements for your particular seating or hospitality area, as well as the practicalities of spending the day at Churchill Downs.

Choosing the hat can remain the fun part.

At other events, the questions may concern transportation, venue access, the best day to attend or whether a particular hospitality option is worthwhile.

Having those answers in advance allows you to arrive prepared for an occasion you may have anticipated for years.

Make the Destination Part of the Experience

The event may be the reason for the trip, but it does not have to be the entire trip.

Wimbledon could become part of a longer stay in England, with time in London and the countryside.

A Monaco Grand Prix weekend could lead into a leisurely exploration of the French Riviera.

The Ryder Cup might anchor a journey through Ireland, while the Derby could become the beginning of a Kentucky experience shaped around bourbon, horses and the region’s distinctive character.

This is where my work as a travel advisor becomes especially valuable.

I can design the vacation around the event, including the hotels, transportation, tours and experiences that allow you to enjoy the destination as fully as the competition itself.

It also makes room for a traveling companion whose enthusiasm for the destination may rival yours for the sport.

Your “One Year"” Begins With a Conversation

The best time to begin is well before the event.

Major sporting events create intense demand for accommodations, desirable seating and hospitality experiences.

Beginning early gives us time to investigate availability, compare the possibilities and shape the larger journey around your priorities.

You do not need to come to me with a completed plan.

Tell me which event you have in mind, who might join you and the year you are considering.

If you have been saying, “We should go one year,” let’s find out which year that could be.
